Crab Cab in Alexandria is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Hosts to join our team! As a Host, you'll be the first and last impression our guests have of Crab Cab. We're looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and ready to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere Managing the waitlist and seating guests efficiently Answering phone calls and assisting with guest questions Communicating with servers and management to keep service running smoothly Keeping the host and entrance areas clean and organized Assisting the team as needed during busy shifts What we're looking for: Positive and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
