Responsibilities Include:

Offer every guest a friendly and sincere welcome; anticipate and be responsive to guests' needs; thank every guest and offer a fond farewell Embody Tacombi's service culture and ensure the Tacombi experience is carried out throughout all interactions with guests Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests Manage reservations and take full responsibility of guests' satisfaction until they have been seated and again during their departure Serve as an ambassador of the Tacombi brand to make a positive impact on the guests, coworkers, and community you touch in person and over the phone Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professional appearance, and demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction; ensure work station is always clean and organized Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies, Tacombi brand values as well as neighborhood events Upbeat and positive attitude throughout the entire day, co-operate closely with team members and other departments to ensure an amazing guest experience Be observant to guest needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high-quality service

You Should Have:

Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess, Maître D' or Concierge Have a positive attitude and be passionate about guest service Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment Assertive self-starter
