Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing guest relations and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Thursday-Sunday mornings only. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. . Assist with guest inquiries, ensuring all needs are met promptly and courteously. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering questions about the restaurant. Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area. Skills Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a busy environment. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including Aloha POS system is a plus. Proficient phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. Team player who can work collaboratively with staff to enhance the guest experience. Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is desirable but not mandatory.
