Party Hosts are responsible for creating a fun, stress-free, and memorable experience for guests while ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working with children, families, and group events in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment. Essentials Duties and Responsibilities Host and manage birthday parties and private events from setup to cleanup Welcome guests and provide a positive, high-energy experience Lead games, activities, and sports-based entertainment as needed Set up party rooms, decorations, and equipment prior to events Serve food, drinks, and party items according to package details Ensure parties stay on schedule and run smoothly Assist guests with questions, requests, and special needs Maintain cleanliness of party areas before, during, and after events Coordinate with facility staff to support event operations Ensure safety and supervision standards are maintained at all times Qualifications Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage groups of children and families in a fun, professional manner Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment Evening and weekend availability required Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or events preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children or youth programs Background in sports, recreation, hospitality, or event hosting Strong organizational and multitasking skills CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods Ability to lift and carry party supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs) Ability to set up and break down party spaces Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
