We are currently seeking a Host/Busser to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid role is essential to maintaining the flow of service, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed, and keeping the dining room clean and inviting. Responsibilities Host Duties Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Manage waitlists and reservations Answer questions about menu, specials, and restaurant services Support servers and managers in ensuring an exceptional guest experience Busser Duties Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area Support servers by running food, refilling drinks, and stocking supplies as needed Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude, ready to step in where needed Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Opportunities for growth and advancement within the café Employee meal discounts A supportive, team-oriented environment Training and development to set you up for success
