In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing excellent customer service. You will manage guest relations, assist with seating arrangements, and handle cash transactions efficiently. A strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations is preferred. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a memorable first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience. Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information or assistance as needed. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus but not required. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests.
