Reports To:
Game Operations Manager Are you high energy, love being in the spotlight, and thrive in a fast-paced, fan-filled environment? Join the Rail Yard Dawgs as our next In-Game Host! We're looking for a confident, outgoing individual to be the face and voice of our game day experience. As the in-game host, you'll be at the center of the action — energizing the crowd, hyping up fans, and creating unforgettable moments throughout the game.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and excite fans through live in-game promotions, contests, and announcements Keep energy high and maintain a positive attitude throughout the entire event Adapt on the fly to the pace of the game, last-minute script changes, or schedule adjustments Represent the team with professionalism and enthusiasm, both on and off the mic Assist with other game day responsibilities as needed (e.g., giveaways, fan interactions, supporting promo teams)
Qualifications:
Comfortable speaking on a microphone in front of large crowds Strong stage presence and a natural ability to connect with people Quick thinker who can pivot easily and keep things fun under pressure Positive, professional attitude and team-first mentality Availability for all home games, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of hockey is a plus, but not required
Bonus Points For:
