Job Summary Join us as a Campground Host, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. This position offers housing for up to two people, providing a comfortable and convenient living arrangement while you assist visitors and maintain the campground's vibrant atmosphere. Your energetic and friendly presence will ensure guests feel at home, fostering positive guest relations and enhancing their outdoor adventure. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about campground amenities and local attractions Assist with check-in/check-out procedures at the front desk, ensuring smooth guest experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including registration stations and recreational facilities Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or requests with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide guidance on campground rules, safety protocols, and outdoor activities to enhance guest enjoyment Support maintenance staff by reporting any facility issues or safety hazards observed during your shift Foster a friendly environment by engaging with guests, sharing local tips, and promoting positive guest relations Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Strong communication abilities to clearly convey information and assist guests confidently Ability to work independently while maintaining a lively and welcoming demeanor Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Passion for outdoor environments, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality expertise with outdoor adventure in a dynamic setting.
