Requirements:

Genuine love for people, hospitality, and customer service Strong service awareness and comfort, naturally engaging with guests Positive, warm, and welcoming energy on the floor Coffee / barista experience is preferred, and we are happy to train the right person Basic espresso, milk texturing, or latte art experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus Valid Washington State Food Handler Card Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (milk crates, coffee bags) Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality is non-negotiable - Are naturally talkative, warm, and welcoming with guests - Bring positive, upbeat energy to the bar Why BA?
