Join our vibrant team as a Sauna Host, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create an exceptional experience for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the welcoming face of our wellness facility, ensuring safety, comfort, and enjoyment for visitors of all ages. Your energy and hospitality skills will help foster a relaxing environment while maintaining high standards of safety and service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting focused on health, relaxation, and community engagement. Responsibilities Opening and lighting sauna Working in close space with HOT wood stove Working in high heat environment Daily Scrubbing and cleaning of Sauna Setup of table and shade structure Restocking materials Completion of daily checklists Checking in customers Providing steam and essential oils to stove and guests during session. Handing out flyers to park visitors Educating guests and visitors about sauna and our offerings Closing duties. Priority given to anyone with significant local event organization experience. Commissions positions available for organizing successful events Requirements Welcoming and friendly attitude. Ability to work entirely independently and meet standards Ability to remain off cell phone entirely during operating hours. Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or event venue management with a lively, energetic approach Strong interpersonal skills to handle guest concerns diplomatically and efficiently Valid certifications in first aid and CPR is a major plus Ability to work outside in all seasons and conditions Familiarity with retail sales, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements or guiding groups through wellness programs Previous experience in food service, resort settings, theater production, or event management highly valued Knowledge of safety protocol adherence combined with a proactive attitude towards guest well-being Join us as a Sauna Host where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
