Hostess/Busser

Overview:

Join our team as a Host/Busser where you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the food industry and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and provide menus
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Support servers with refilling beverages and delivering food
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting is preferred
• Ability to handle food items safely and adhere to food handling guidelines
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively
• Knowledge of bussing procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards
