Restaurant HostVon's 1000Spirits Kirkland (Opening June 2026)Heritage 1904 and our collection of hospitality businesses Von's 1000Spirits, Northwest Spirits, and Sharps Roasthouse are excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Kirkland this June! We are seeking friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Hosts to join our opening team.

As the first and last impression of our guests experience, our hosts play a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service. This is a great opportunity to be part of building a strong team culture and delivering memorable guest experiences from day one.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression Manage reservations and waitlists using the company s seating system Accurately quote wait times and manage guest expectations Coordinate table flow and seating to support efficient service Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area Answer phones, handle takeout inquiries, and assist guests as needed Complete opening and closing sidework duties Support the team by assisting with bussing and guest needs during peak times

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest service Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure

Compensation:

Hourly:

$19.00 plus tips Estimated total on-target earnings: $25-$32 per hour
