We re excited to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026, and we re looking for friendly, organized, and guest-focused Hosts to be the first point of connection for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You ll DoAs a Host at Bamboo Sushi, you ll help set the tone for the entire guest experience. You ll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service, thoughtful seating, and a warm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitalityManaging waitlists and reservations with accuracy and careSupporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent serviceAssisting fellow team members to meet guest needsFollowing all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standardsHealth, Wealth & HappinessWe believe in taking care of the people who take care of our guests.

Preferred:
