The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waiting list. Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions. Assist with guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit. Collaborate with servers to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and answering questions. Foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits. Skills Previous Host/Host experience preferred, with a background in food service or restaurant settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
