Front Desk Host

Sharps Roasthouse has been a SeaTac staple for over 30 years, known for our extensive liquor collection, 24 draft beers, and delicious BBQ with in-house smoked meats and homemade sourdough pasta! We are seeking friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Hosts to join our team.

As the first and last impression of our guests experience, our hosts play a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong team culture and delivering memorable guest experiences from day one.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impressionManage reservations and waitlists using the company's seating systemAccurately quote wait times and manage guest expectationsCoordinate table flow and seating to support efficient serviceCommunicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and managementMaintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry areaAnswer phones, handle takeout inquiries, and assist guests as neededComplete opening and closing sidework dutiesSupport the team by assisting with bussing and guest needs during peak times•-

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest serviceAbility to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysConsistent attendance and punctualityAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure•-

$20.74 plus tipsEstimated total on-target earnings: $25•35 per hour•-
