Competitive Pay:
Starting salary range of $20.86/hr. - $21.90/hr. , depending on experience, with opportunities for annual performance-based increases. Full Coverage (for full-time employees) : 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, plus competitive family rates starting after 60 days, with additional benefits such as 401(k), employer-paid life insurance, and long-term disability.

Access to tuition reimbursement, certification programs, and Employee Assistance Program. PURPOSE To ensure guests have a pleasant experience by greeting them with a smile, seating them in appropriate sections, performing money transactions on the POS register, and handling cash accurately.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Greeting and Seating :
Greet guests warmly, seat them in appropriate sections according to the Rotation Procedure, and ensure a comfortable dining experience.
Guest Interaction and Feedback :
Ask guests for feedback on their meals and invite them back to the restaurant to maintain guest satisfaction.
Cash Handling and POS Operation :
Operate the POS register, accurately handle cash, process payments, complete daily register transactions, and make deposits to the vault.
Guest Satisfaction :
Check back with guests during their meals to ensure they are satisfied with both the food and service.
Event Promotion and Information :
Inform guests about special events, promotions, and answer questions related to casino events.
Server Support :
Assist servers by cleaning floors, arranging tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring coffee cups are full.
Business Flow Communication :
Keep the Supervisor updated on the business flow and seating status within the restaurant.
Stocking and Inventory :
Maintain adequate supplies at the cashier station and stock all necessary items.
Cleaning and Organization :
Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Additional Duties :
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the restaurant's operations.
Requirements:
Education and Experience None required.
PREFERRED
Education and Experience Previous guest service experience. Two (2) years of restaurant and cash handling experience. Skills and Abilities Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members. Ability to handle detailed instructions, relate to others, and maintain a courteous attitude under pressure. Strong math skills with experience in cash handling and the ability to operate a POS system. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters related to gaming and personnel. Ability to manage difficult situations tactfully and diplomatically. High regard for customer service and employee relations. Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
