Job Description
## Job Overview Join our team as a Host/Cashier where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our establishment. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual with a passion for guest relations and hospitality. ## Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables promptly
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using system
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the system
- Assist in answering phone calls, taking reservations, taking take out orders in person and over the phone and addressing customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area ## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
