Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times, reservations, and restaurant policies. Manage cashier responsibilities by processing payments accurately through POS systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and hotel folio charges if applicable. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
