Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and welcome them to the restaurant Seat customers and manage the dining area Answer phone calls and take phone orders Receive and process online orders Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately Prepare boba/milk tea drinks Assist customers with questions and requests Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized Complete closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant

Requirements:

Friendly, responsible, and reliable Good communication and customer service skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Comfortable handling phone and online orders Able to work weekends consistently Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Schedule:

Weekend availability is required. We are looking for someone who can provide stable and consistent weekend availability . If you are friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with customers, we would love to hear from you!
