Position Summary:

As a Host at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, you'll be the warm and welcoming face of our restaurant, greeting and seating guests with a smile. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth flow of our restaurant operations. We have AM, Mid-Day, and PM positions available to suit your schedule. The Host at Milwaukee Athletic Club warmly welcomes and seats guests, schedules reservations, and maintains a clean dining environment. They also handle phone inquiries, ensure guest satisfaction, and perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Competencies:

Ideal candidates should have some high school education, previous related experience or training is preferred, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, along with the ability to remain calm when addressing guest feedback.
