  • Part-time Anchor & Port, located inside the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront, is looking for a friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to be the first warm welcome our guests experience.
If you love creating great first impressions and keeping things running smoothly, this is the perfect role for you. What You'll Do Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and waitlists with accuracy and efficiency Escort guests to tables and ensure smooth seating flow Communicate with servers and management to support service needs Answer phones, assist with takeout orders, and provide general information Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area Help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors What We're Looking For A positive, outgoing personality Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts Professional appearance and demeanor Weekend and evening availability Previous host or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person Why You'll Love Working With Us Supportive, team-oriented environment Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within the hotel and restaurant
