We are a fairly high volume restaurant and our goal is to hire Hosts for 3 to 4 shifts per week. You would become part of our front of house service team working for the Location Manager to provide service to our awesome customer base. Both weekday and weekend, evening availability is required. This is an hourly position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and some experience in the industry, but we are willing to train a motivated individual. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to begin a career in the restaurant industry with a track toward serving, bartending, and/or restaurant management.

Responsibilities:

Be the friendly face of our business and greet guests. Efficiently and accurately advise guests on seating options and guide them to seats. Work as a team with the other front of house staff to provide great service to all of our guests. Know and adhere to health and safety regulations. Support the other front of house staff with bussing and cleaning as needed. Coordinate with the kitchen and other front of house staff to ensure efficient service. Work with the managers to ensure proper and efficient pacing of service and seating. Manage front of house service issues in a professional manner. Develop relationships with all staff to promote a team approach to great service.
