Spa Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable, friendly spa coordinator to join our well-loved Anchorage day spa. This role is essential to creating a welcoming experience for our clients and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a part-time position (4 days per week) with compensation starting at $20/hour , with approximately 25-32 hours per week (depending on bookings). You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling scheduling, guest services, and light facility maintenance.

Your responsibilities include:

Manage appointment booking and scheduling Check-in clients and process payments at checkout Handle phone and email inquiries professionally Daily maintenance tasks (laundry, dusting, etc) Maintain accurate client records and appointment details Drafting social media posts, with support from management

Qualified Candidates:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent multitasking ability Warm, professional approach to customer service Comfortable learning new software systems Basic computer proficiency (Mac/Windows) Prior appointment scheduling or front desk experience preferred
