We are professional and agile. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and managing the front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service background. Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from guests. Handle check-ins and check-outs of guests. Provide assistance to guests with special needs. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Process payments from guests. Maintain records of guest transactions. Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
