Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play an essential role in creating a great first-impression and delivering a high-quality experience to our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Complete guest registration and check out processes. Ensure guest satisfaction by respond guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude. Provide constant and consistent communications with guest services and the Front Office Manager. Maintain familiarity of operations of Front Desk, Night Audit, and Reservations including hotel computer system. Develop a strong knowledge of Sitka City Activities, and potential points of interest to guests. What we offer
