RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets and exceeds guests and team member expectations by providing excellent service and teamwork Provides quality service to the customer by anticipating guests' needs, responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout stay Registers, processes, and greets customer promptly, welcoming him/her to the hotel Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel Ensures all customers establish a form of payment upon check-in Monitors customer accounts to ensure adherence to hotel credit limits and verifies accuracy of registration information Verifies all information on reservations check-in; name, address method of payment, etc. Completes shift closing accurately by balancing end of the shift reports Increases revenues by offering customers upgraded rooms and promoting hotel amenities and outlets Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours Must be able to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds Summary As a Front Desk Associate for the evening shift (3pm
  • 11pm), you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
With core skills in customer service, front desk operations, and hospitality, you will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Your premium skills in hospitality management and multilingual abilities will enhance the guest experience, while your relevant skills in multi-line phone systems and guest relations will contribute to the overall success of our hotel.   • Customer service experience
  • Front desk or hotel experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Hospitality or guest services background a plus
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest relations
