Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly with a positive attitude. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly. Assist with night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Support guest relations initiatives by offering personalized service that exceeds expectations. Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and adhering to hotel policies. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems. Ability to handle night audit procedures with accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
