The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude. Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing effective phone etiquette to address guest inquiries. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each day. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive image of the establishment. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Proficiency in handling phone systems and managing multiple calls effectively. Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual skills are a plus.
