What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive energy Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with confidence Solve guest concerns quickly and professionally Recommend local favorites like Big Spring Park, VBC, and downtown dining Work as part of a team that supports each other and has fun doing it

What We're Looking For:

Previous hotel front desk experience preferred (but not required) A people-first attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
