New Hotel opening in Fall 2026

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations:

Greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and manage room assignments using property management systems (STAY PMS).

Customer Service:

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and a welcoming environment.

Reservation Management:

Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

Communication and Coordination:

Communicating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs, update records on preferences or special requests, and prepare daily reports.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently, implementing solutions to maintain a positive reputation. Communicate with all Managers about any ongoing issues.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain organized front desk areas, manage mail and messages, and ensure accurate financial records of all inhouse and departed guests.

Local Guidance:

Provide information on local attractions, dining, transportation, and tours to enhance the guest experience.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
