As one of the first people our guests and sellers meet, you will help create a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Greet guests, sellers, and employees with a warm and professional welcome. Sell and distribute admission tickets, coupons, and passes. Verify seller monthly passes and customer annual passes. Review coupons and promotional offers for eligibility. Process cash transactions, count money, and provide accurate change. Maintain accurate transaction records and an organized ticket booth. Answer questions and help direct guests throughout the market. Support other areas of the Operations Department as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Must be at least 16 years old. Friendly, outgoing, and committed to excellent customer service. Dependable, punctual, and available to work Saturdays and Sundays. Comfortable handling money and completing basic calculations. Able to remain organized, attentive, and positive in a busy environment. Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
