Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Handle reservations and cancellations through various channels while ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold security protocols to safeguard guest information and property. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations.
