Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests and handle registrations, check-outs, and reservations. Answer phones, route calls, and answer questions about Mobile's best local spots. Process payments securely, manage a cash drawer, and maintain front desk organization. Collaborate with team members to resolve guest requests swiftly and gracefully. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and keep our beautiful lobby pristine.
What You Bring Experience:
1 year of hotel front desk or guest relations experience is preferred (but a passion for service is a must!).
Skills:
Strong communication, basic math skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
Tech-Savvy:
Ability to learn front desk tech (Opera PMS, Micros POS, key software).
Flexibility:
Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. EOE / DFWP
