Job Description

Overnight Guest Services/Security Agent 1626 Spring Hill Ave, Mobile, AL 36604 $10.75 - $11.00 an hour - Part-time $10.75 - $11.00 an hour -
Part-time Responsibilities:
Manage the activities of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mobile in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the Board of Directors, Executive Director and Assistant Director.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Quiet Cleaning, mopping floors, clean restrooms, run and fold laundry etc. Perform security checks. Make initial response to emergencies and follow procedures. Assist with all Family Meals. Be helpful and accommodating, welcoming, hospitable and warm to all families and volunteers. Answer the telephone and the door. Be visible - out and available for the families Process all referrals, check-in and register new guests. Enforce guidelines with all guest and visitors. Create a Shift Report and e-mail to the staff Maintain a compassionate, supportive rapport with the guests and a professional, positive relationship with volunteers and the medical community - specifically the nurses and social workers at all hospital Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Assistant Director, Family Services Coordinator and Board of Directors.
