Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly welcome experience. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Manage phone calls using effective phone etiquette, addressing guest requests and concerns promptly. Process reservations and cancellations accurately through the hotel management system. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are balanced and accurate. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing paperwork and guest records. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or customer service within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with hotel management software or property management systems is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. A background in hospitality management is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
