As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Process reservations and cancellations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Conduct night audits as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals. Address any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues effectively. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols to ensure guest safety. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices is beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the hotel's operational needs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.
