In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Your energy and organizational skills will help streamline office functions, support administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the central hub of our office environment, fostering a warm and efficient atmosphere every day. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle incoming emails, messages, and inquiries promptly via phone or digital communication channels. Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools. Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and updating records in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. Ensure smooth daily operations by managing office supplies inventory and coordinating with vendors or service providers. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or dental setting. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills to create a welcoming environment. Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and record keeping. Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers is preferred.
