Located in a stunning seaside destination, we invite passionate individuals to join our vibrant resort environment and help create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our resort. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries with professionalism, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining an efficient front office environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls efficiently Check guests in and out using computer systems, ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation Support guest needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or hospitality roles such as dental or medical receptionist preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest populations Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support best practices Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Previous office experience combined with strong organizational skills will be highly valued Join us at Perdido Beach Resort where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
