Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience by providing exceptional customer service, efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting guests with their needs throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel's reservation system. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly. Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes. Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate guest records and process payments. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and nearby restaurants. Follow hotel policies and procedures while maintaining guest confidentiality. Assist with other front desk duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required to serve diverse client needs effectively. Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
