Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide a positive check-in and check-out experience Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional manner Manage reservations and update booking systems accurately Handle guest payments and issue receipts Assist with resolving guest concerns and service requests promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required Front desk, hotel, motel, lodge, or hospitality experience preferred Check-in/check-out experience preferred Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and property management systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
