Our Red Roof Inn is a growing economy hotel with 118 well-appointed rooms, dedicated to providing guests with a welcoming and efficient experience. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Front Desk Agent (Spanish speaking) to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional guest services through effective communication in multiple languages. Your enthusiasm and hospitality management skills will help create a positive atmosphere, handle guest inquiries, and support smooth hotel operations during your shift. We are willing to hire without experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly in both English and another language, providing outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining accurate records Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive relations Conduct night audits as needed, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to promote a welcoming environment Support guest relations by providing local information, directions, and hotel amenities details Qualifications MUST BE Bilingual - English/Spanish Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual fluency in English and another language is required; additional multilingual skills are a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs with professionalism Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for guest interactions Previous hotel experience focusing on guest services or resort hospitality is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, with a positive attitude toward teamwork Join us to deliver memorable guest experiences while advancing your career in the hospitality industry!
