Hotel Front Desk Clerk Home 2 Suites - 3.2 Fort Smith, AR Job Details Part-time From $12.75 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description As a Front Desk Agent at our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Your primary duties will include:
Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and providing them with necessary information about the hotel and the local area. Managing the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and processing payments. Responding to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. Maintaining accurate records of customer information, room availability, and rates. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure room readiness. Handling cash and credit transactions securely and responsibly. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing communication with other departments. Promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance guests' experiences. Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
Hospitality training is a plus. Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology. Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
