As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and emails with professionalism. Process reservations and cancellations while ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Address any guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them effectively. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not mandatory. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential qualities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
