Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with drop-offs and pick-ups
• Handle guest inquiries about cleaning services offered
• Input garments into system, and sort accordingly
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Multilingual skills are highly desirable
