Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors Answer and direct phone calls professionally Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized reception area Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with other departments as needed Perform administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and auditing.
