In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively resort setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented attitude. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Provide exceptional guest relations by offering local recommendations and personalized service. Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel experience is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts for night audit responsibilities. A friendly demeanor combined with strong organizational skills to foster positive guest relations and smooth hotel operations.
