As the first point of contact for our guests , you will set the tone for their entire stay—providing warm hospitality, efficient service, and accurate support from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have hotel or hospitality experience, a passion for guest service, and the ability to create memorable first impressions. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently using our property management system. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining attention to detail. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, offering knowledgeable information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and assist with billing questions. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with courteous and clear communication. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with night audit functions as needed, balancing transactions and preparing reports. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and aligned with Marriott brand standards. Skills & Qualifications Prior hospitality or hotel front desk experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service with a focus on building positive relationships. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus. Proficient in phone etiquette and comfortable handling multi-line systems. Familiarity with hotel operations and PMS systems is desirable. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Why Join Four Points by Sheraton?
