Aiden by Best Western Flagstaff is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused team member to join our hotel team. This is a versatile hospitality position where you'll have the opportunity to work across the hotel's front desk, bar, and café, helping create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, can stay calm and positive in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing great service. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude Check guests in and out of the hotel and assist with reservations Answer questions about the hotel, local area, and guest services Handle guest requests and concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset Provide excellent customer service throughout each guest's stay Work in the hotel bar, preparing and serving beverages and providing attentive service Assist with café operations, including taking orders, preparing or serving food and beverages, and keeping the area clean and inviting Process payments and handle cash accurately Communicate with other team members to help ensure a smooth guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Follow hotel procedures and responsible alcohol service guidelines Help wherever needed to support the team and our guests What We're Looking For A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable multitasking and switching between different responsibilities Previous hotel, restaurant, café, or bartending experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Our Team?
