Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help maintain an efficient office environment, support administrative functions, and uphold our reputation for outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately Maintain accurate records through data entry, spreadsheets, and document proofreading to support office operations Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments using productivity software and Microsoft Office tools Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies to keep the workspace organized Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries with phone etiquette and clear communication Support office management activities including document preparation, client communication, and general administrative duties Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency Experience with hotel PMS systems a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse client interactions Demonstrated experience in office and clerical work, or administrative support roles Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading skills Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Personal assistant or front desk experience that showcases customer service excellence and client communication expertise
Pay:
From $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): Shift is 3pm to 11pm 4 nights a week. Occasionally a 5th shift may be scheduled.Experience:
