As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Process payments and maintain accurate records Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer and reservation system knowledge is a plus Must have open availability , including evenings, weekends, and holidays #3069
